What are the shipping times?

Our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your package.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use it to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website.

What is the refund policy?

In case of need for return due to non-conformity of the product or obvious printing errors, the shipping costs for the return are at the buyer's expense. Please contact our customer service at the email address shop@gibimerch.it to start the return procedure.
